About Makeover

Makeover is an AI-powered before-and-after preview platform built for visual transformation businesses across 66 industries and 281 use cases.

What we build

Makeover builds custom AI before-and-after visualization software for businesses that sell a transformation — dental practices, med spas, landscaping contractors, car wrap shops, interior designers, and dozens of other verticals. We don’t sell one tool and hope it fits your business. A dentist previewing a veneer case and a landscaper previewing a yard redesign need different inputs, different outputs, and different staff workflows, so every engagement starts as its own build — a pattern that holds across the 66 industries and 281 use cases we cover.

Tell us about your business and we’ll follow up to walk through what a build looks like for it.

Why we built it

Businesses that sell transformations rarely lose the client on price. They lose them because the client can’t picture the result. A dentist describes a veneer case out loud. A landscaper points to photos of someone else’s yard. A surgeon hands over a brochure of stock photos. None of it shows the client what they, specifically, will look like on the other side — so the client says “let me think about it,” and thinking about it is where deals go to die.

We built Makeover to remove that gap in the room: one photo of the actual client, under 10 seconds, a photorealistic preview of their own face, yard, car, or room — generated chairside or on the sales floor, before they’ve had a chance to walk out and think about it.

Our blog

We also write about the problem itself. The Makeover blog covers consultation conversion, visualization workflows, and before-and-after practice across the industries we build for — the same research we do before scoping a new build, made public. Articles are researched and written by the Makeover content team and may discuss or recommend Makeover’s own products.

Posts are published under pen names rather than staff bylines. Here’s why, and exactly how each article gets researched, sourced, and reviewed before it goes live, in our editorial policy.

Content team

The bylines below are pen names, not people — we’re telling you that directly rather than letting you find out later. Each name is a consistent identity our writing team uses to cover a set of industries, and every article under it is researched, written, and edited by Makeover staff before publication.
